Who We Welcome
Our residences are designed for senior adults (55+) and veterans who need a safe, stable, and community-focused housing environment. Residents must be capable of independent living — managing their own personal care, daily activities, and any medical needs through their own providers.
Senior Adults 55+
Adults aged 55 and older seeking safe, clean, and well-maintained independent living housing in a supportive community environment.
Veterans
Veterans seeking stable, respectful housing with a community of peers in a safe, well-maintained residential setting.
Resident Screening
What to Expect Before Move-In
All prospective residents complete a screening process prior to admission to ensure a safe and compatible living environment for all.
Criminal Background Check
A criminal background check may be required as part of the screening process.
Resident Interview & Questionnaire
A brief interview and questionnaire to learn more about your needs and expectations.
Income and/or Benefit Verification
Verification of income, Social Security, pension, VA benefits, or other financial resources.
Government-Issued Photo ID
A valid government-issued photo identification is required.
Reference Checks
Reference checks may be conducted when applicable.
House Rules Agreement
All residents must review and sign the House Rules Agreement prior to move-in.
Resident Expectations
What We Ask of Residents
Ability to manage your own personal care and daily activities independently
Arrange any needed home health, personal care, or medical services through licensed third-party providers
Adhere to house rules that promote safety, respect, and community living
Maintain income or benefits sufficient to meet residency costs
Participate respectfully in the shared community environment
